台灣地區國際觀光旅館主管對環境管理系統可行性認知之研究

摘要

面對全球環境的惡化及自然資源極限的警覺，各國紛紛制定一套有利其環境保護的法規。國際觀光旅館乃國際間的文化、商業等交流之重要場所，由於其營業性質，更應及早導入環保相關制度，以因應國際綠色潮流。本研究以台灣地區國際觀光旅館之主管為對象實施問卷調查，目的在於了解國際觀光旅館之管理階層對實施環境管理系統之可行性與相關之綠色認知。結果顯示國際觀光旅館之主管，普遍對環境管理系統措施之可行性已達高認知程度。本研究所得之結論與建議，將可提供旅館業實施環境管理時之參考。

Environmental protection policies have increased dramatically, and consequently, industries have become increasingly aware of importance of environmental issues, especially hospitality industry. This study focuses on Environmental Management System (EMS) of hospitality industry, and creating a survey that is effected by questionnaires permitting respondents to rate green perceptions for managers of international tourist hotels in Taiwan. The result of the survey will be a reference to assisting the international tourist hotels in effective implementing or modifying environmental.
