活動技術水準與空間使用型態對大安森林公園直排輪參與者間的遊憩衝突之影響

The Influences of Skill Level and Space Use Type on Recreation Conflict among Roller Skaters in Da-An Forestry Park

摘要

遊憩衝突按衝突來源可區分為不同活動參與者間的外團體衝突，以及同一活動參與者間的內團體衝突。本研究以大安森林公園為個案，探討遊客的活動技術水準及空間使用型態對直排輪內團體衝突之影響。本研究之內團體衝突是調查受訪者在遭遇各類直排輪活動參與者時之態度，以及受訪者針對16項直排輪內團體衝突項目所知覺到的衝突程度；活動技術水準是調查受訪者根據直排輪協會所擬訂之進階課程內容評估個人的技術水準；空間使用型態乃調查受訪者從事直排輪活動時空間使用的主要型態，包含線性及平面空間兩類型。研究結果顯示直排輪內團體衝突包含「空間干擾」、「他團體干擾」及「方向性干擾」等三個構面。線性空間使用者較不喜歡遭遇花式及輪刀舞直排輪者，且知覺到的空間干擾較高；而平面空間使用者較不喜歡競速直排輪者，且知覺到的他團體干擾較高。對於線性空間使用者而言，活動技術水準不同對競速直排輪者之態度及他團體干擾的知覺具顯著差異；而對於平面空間使用者而言，活動技術水準不同對花式直排輪者之態度及方向性干擾的知覺具顯著差異。透過本研究之證實，結果不但支持現有將平面場地及線性滑道作區隔的規劃外，重建議經營管理單位透過宣導教育及活動規範來建立活動參與者的正確觀念和行為準則，以降低內團體遊憩衝突的程度，進而提昇休閒遊憩的品質。

Recreation conflict was divided into ”out-group conflict” among different recreational activities and ”in-group conflict” within a certain recreational activity. The purposes of this study were to explore the influences of skill level and space use type on recreation conflict among roller skaters in Da-An Forestry Park. The in-group conflict among roller skaters was investigated with responders' attitudes toward various types of roller skaters encountered and their perceived conflict in terms of the 16 interference items; skill level was investigated with self-reported skill level based on the course contents posted on the website by the Chinese Roller Skate Association; space use types include linear space and plane space. The study results indicated in-group conflict of the roller skaters was composed of three dimensions, including ”Space Interference”, ”Other Group Interference”, and ”Direction Interference”. The linear space users perceived more Space Interference and more disliked those skaters participating in artistic skating and dance skating; the plane space users perceived more Other Group Interference and more disliked those skaters participating in speed skating. For the linear space users, participants with different skill levels had different attitudes on the skaters participating in speed skating and perceived differently in Other Group Interference; for the plane space users, participants with different skill levels had different attitudes on the skaters participating in artistic skating and perceived differently in Direction Interference. The study results not only indicated the plane and linear spaces should be separated, but also suggested resource managers could reduce the conflict through the strategies of education and activity codes.
