親子游戲治療訓練之個案研究:一位母親之改變歷程

摘要


本研究採取個案研究的方式,目的在探討一位母親在參與親子遊戲治療督導及訓練方案的學習歷程。研究透過參與觀察法以及文件法來收集資料,資料的來源包括遊戲治療督導文件、親于遊戲單元的錄影帶及觀察紀錄。 研究的結果發現:(1)親子遊戲治療的督導及訓練方案,使母親了解遊戲對孩子的重要;母親變得更寬容、接納及同理孩子,願意進入孩子的世界;而母親的改變,也促進孩子口語表達的能力,進而增進親子間的關係。(2)親子遊戲治療的督導及訓練方案不但訓練母親成爲她自己孩子的遊戲治療代理者,而且經由親子遊戲治療訓練能增進母親對自己人格特質的了解,並能應用親子遊戲治療的技巧至生活及其他子女身上。(3)督導及訓練的模式,因母親的需求及狀態而有所調整。而督導的現場示範是有效的親子遊戲治療技巧訓練的一種方式。最後,本研究根據研究結果,對未來的研究提出建議。

The major purpose of this study was to explore the changing process of a mother who attended the filial therapy training program conducted by the researchers. Data were collected from participating observation in the filial therapy sessions and documents from the filial therapy supervision. The findings revealed: (1) Through the filial therapy training program, the mother understood the importance of the children's play. The mother showed more permissiveness, acceptance and empathy to their children, and willing to get into the children's world. These changes improved the verbal ability of the child, and also enhanced the relationships between the mother and child. (2) After the filial therapy training program, the mother not only became the change agency of her child, but also showed more understanding about herself. The mother also generated the skills learning from filial therapy to her real life. (3) The filial therapy supervision and training program was modified according to the needs statues of the mother. This research also found that skill demonstration of the researchers was one of the effective methods for filial therapy training. Based on the findings above, suggestions for further research were presented.
