複合PP棉網針扎製板之研究

摘要


本研究是採費木屑纖維為強化材,以廢PP纖維為基材,一強化材及基材之重量比經由針軋、熱壓等工程製成板材,藉著改變成型條件,來毯討複合材料之物理性質、機械性質及最佳成型條件。實驗結果得知,其最佳針軋成型條件為成型時間10Min成型溫度180。

The recycle of wasted polypropylene fiber was used as the matrix mixing with the wasted wood. The sample of waste fiber particle were formed by the laying and hot pressing. The immersion effect, their mechanical properties and the thermoplastic composite material were studied. The results indicate that the best treatment condition are found to be 10 minutes,180°C
