含磷複合藥劑對造林木邊材耐雲芝菌腐朽性之增進效應

Enhancing Effect of Preservatives Containing Phosphorus on the Decay Resistance of Sapwood from Planted Trees against Coriolus versicolor

本研究應用2種有機磷藥劑(亞特松、亞培松)與2種醯氨類(本達樂、甲基多保淨),l種烷基銨類(百克能)及3種磺胺藥劑(好立明、對氟苯磺胺、對氯苯磺胺)共配製12種不同組合之保存溶液,分別處理台灣杉、杉木及柳杉等造林木邊材。測定各項複合藥劑溶液在木材中之吸收量,並將部份處理材進行流失試驗。再依照室內促進試驗方法(CNS-6717),觀測未經流失及經過流失2類試材對於雲芝菌之耐腐性能。以未經處理之素材為對照,探討藥劑處理對試材耐腐性之改良效應及流失性質對此效應之影響。試驗結果顯示,藥劑在木材中之吸收量主要分佈於1.8-4.5mg/cm^3之範圍。比較各試材對藥劑之吸收量,得知柳杉吸收力最強,其次為台灣杉,再次為杉木。藥劑處理材之耐腐性方面,相對於未處理之3種素材,均獲得有效改善。其中,不論經過或未經流失試驗,都以“亞特松與百克能”複合藥液之增進效應最為優良。其次,“亞培松與百克能”及“亞特松與對氟苯磺胺”2種藥劑組合對木材耐腐性均具有良好之增進效應。另外,“亞特松與甲基多保淨”複合藥劑也有良好之耐腐效應,唯經過流失處理後之耐腐效應則明顯下降。

A total of 12 preservatives were prepared by combinations of 2 OP compounds (Actellic and Abate) with 2 amides (Benalaxyl and Thiophanate methyl), 1AAC (Benzakonium chloride), and 3 sulfonamides (Chloramine T, F-SA, and Cl-SA). The sapwoods from planted trees of Taiwania, China fir, and Japanese fir were treated with these 12 multi-component preservatives. The absorptions of preservatives in wood samples were determined to be in the range of 1.8-4.5 mg/cm^3. The wood of Japanese fir showed the strongest absorption, Taiwania the next, and China fir the third. Half of the treated samples were tested for their leaching properties. The decay-resistant properties of both unleached and leached wood samples against Coriolus versiolor were examined by a laboratory-accelerated method, according to CNS-6717. The wood blocks without treatment were used as control samples. Results revealed that the preservative formula of ”Actellic and Benzakonium chloride” presented the highest enhancing effect on the decay resistance of wood samples, including unleached and leached situations. The formulae of ”Abate and Benzakonium chloride” and ”Actellic and F-SA” also showed good enhancing effects on both kinds of wood samples. Additionally, for unleached woods, the treating solution of ”Actellic and Thiophanate methyl” resulted in satisfactory decay-resistant enhancement. After the leaching test, however, the decay resistance of samples treated with this solution dropped significantly.
