耐燃合板製造之研究

摘要


爲獲得品質穩定之木質耐燃材料,本研究利用Dricon、Bio-fax、Wood-Seal(WS)及FR等防火劑,以單板預處理方式製造耐燃合板,並依國家標凖CNS-7614、CNS-8763或CNS-6532之規定,評估其耐燃性。由試驗結果得知四種防火劑之抗燃性,FR防火劑效果最好,Dricon及WS防火劑次之,Bio-fax較差。以防火劑FR及Dricon預處理單板製造之合板,其厚度在5.0mm以下者,均分別可達到CNS-6532之規定“耐燃三級”之標凖,同時其發煙量及吸濕性均低於其他兩種防火劑處理製造之合板,故極適合於國內高溫多濕環境下之室內裝飾用耐燃材料。以防火劑WS及Bio-fax處理而製造之合板,欲符合CNS-7614“防焰二級”之規定,則其厚度需分別達到4.5及5.0mm以上,若欲通過CNS-6532“耐燃三級”之標凖,則厚度更需分別達10或12mm以上,而且其高吸濕性更需加以克服。

To produce fire-retardant plywoods with stable incombustibility, 4 fire retardants, Dricon, Bio-fax, Wood-Seal(WS), and FR, were used to pretreat veneer. Fire retardancy of the treated plywoods was further analyzed using a 45° flammability tester and building material combustibility tester according to the standards CNS-7614, CNS-8763, and CNS-6532. The results revealed that the incombustibility of the 4 treated plywoods decreased in the order of treatment with FR, Dricon, WS, and Bio-fax. Analysis of FR-or Dricon-treated plywood, with a thickness less than 5.0 mm using a 45° flammability tester, demonstrated that the properties of these treated plywoods met the standards of Grade 2 incombustibility and flameproof plywood, as prescribed in CNS-7614 and CNS-8736. The fire retardancy of FR-or Dricon-treated plywood, with thickness greater than 9.0 mm met the incombustible standard of Grade 3 as listed in CNS-6532 when tested in the building material combustibility tester. Moreover, the fuming property and hygroscopicity of the FR-and Dricon-treated characterstics of FR-or Dricon-treated plywood indicated that these 2 preparations suitable for use as an interior finish fire-restardant in the high-temperature and high-humidity environments of Taiwan. To comply with the standard of Grade 2 incombustibility of CNS-7614, plywood made from WS and Bio-fax fire retardant-pretreated veneer needs to be thicker than 4.5 and 5.0 mm, respectively. In accordance with the properties of plywoods for Grade 3 incombustibility as specified in CNS-6532, WS-and Bio-fax-treated plywoods should be thicker than 10 and 12mm, respectively. However, the high hygroscopicity of WS and Bio-fax treated plywoods needs to be overcome.
