中國大陸編目中心的現況與發展

The Status and the Development of the Cooperative Cataloging Systems in China

摘要

中國大陸現有五大合作編目系統，分別是全國圖書館聯合編目中心、CALIS聯合編目中心、中科院聯合編目服務系統、地方版文獻聯合採編協作網以及上海市文獻聯合編目中心，另有若干地區性合作編目中心。五大合作編目系統各有不同的服務對象，本文介紹其現況發展，並就彼此的服務對象、服務方式、管理模式、質量控制以及所使用的系統等項加以比較，最後歸納出各合作編目系統所面臨的問題以及解決這些問題的建議。大陸合作編目成效雖好，但仍有若干待改進之處。總體而論，大陸編目中心的發展有幾項值得注意的地方，包括：採行圖書館聯盟模式、編目中心由分散邁向集中以及建立編目員認證機制，可供參考。

There are five cooperative cataloging systems in China. They are: (1)Online Catalog Center, National Library of China(OLCC), (2) OPAC, China Academic Libraries Information System (CALIS), (3) China Regional Libraries Network (CRLNet), (4) Union Catalog Service, Chinese Science Digital Library(CSDL),and (5)Shanghai, Information Union Catalog Center. Each of them has its own patrons. This article introduces first the status and development of these five cooperative cataloging systems. Then it compares them from several points. At last, it concludes the problems of cooperative cataloging and the suggestions to solve these problems. It is worth to pay attention to the several developments of cooperative cataloging systems in China such as library cooperative consortium, decentralization to centralization and cataloger credit evaluative mechanism.
