輕軌系統容量分析-以淡海輕軌綠山線為例

Rail Capacity Analysis for Light Rail Transit - A Case Study for Green Mountain Line of Danhai Light Rail

摘要


為因應政府前瞻基礎建設計畫將於各都會區規劃推動輕軌運輸系統,國內需要一套評估輕軌系統運能的方法,在規劃階段能確保未來系統可在最經濟的條件下提供符合預期品質的運輸服務,在營運階段可協助營運單位掌握其系統運能使用狀況。因此,本研究發展了計算輕軌系統容量的解析模式,能夠考量輕軌系統的特性以及路口號誌的影響來分析軌道容量,最後以淡海輕軌綠山線為例,了解其容量現況,並針對縮短班距課題提出相關建議。

Taiwan government is planning to promote light rail transits in various metropolitan areas in the Forward-Looking Infrastructure Plan. To respond to this policy, an approach to evaluate the rail capacity of light rail transits is needed. In the planning stage, it can assist planners to ensure that the future system can provide services that meet the expected service quality under the most cost-effective conditions. In the operation stage, it can help operators to understand the usage of the capacity. Therefore, this study develops an analytical model that can calculate the capacity of a light rail transit system by considering its characteristics and the impacts of the intersection signals. Finally, we take Green Mountain Line of Danhai Light Rail as an example to evaluate its capacity. Some suggestions on how its operation headway could be shortened are also discussed.
