摘要

前牙立即植牙並立即給予固定之臨時假牙對患者的美觀與社交活動都有莫大的幫助。立即植牙後在製作正式假牙時植牙周圍的軟組織已經塑形完畢，此刻，精確的軟組織轉移對前牙美學的影響極大。很多學者嘗試用許多方法來塑型或保留植體周圍理想的軟組織外型，當植體周圍組織成熟後，如何精準的將塑形好的軟組織轉移到主模型以利技師製作出精準的贗復成品，是植牙美學的重要因素。針對此一問題已有很多的方法被發表出來，但有沒有更精準及更簡單的方式呢?本文將利用簡單及精準的方式，一步一步地介紹如何在立即植牙時即刻製作植牙的臨時假牙、如何塑形植牙周圍的軟組織、以及如何精準的將植牙周圍的軟組織轉移動到主模型。(台灣牙周醫誌16: 193-204, 2011)

Immediate implantation with immediate provisional restoration in anterior esthetic concerning area is an important issue to patient's daily social activity. And precisely transferring the soft tissue around implant in anterior esthetically concerning area is demanded after soft tissue remodeling process done. Many authors tried to shape and/or preserve an ideal soft tissue around implant. After tissue matured, how to transfer such tissue to master cast for technician is an important issue in esthetic implantation. Methods have been Published for such purposes. Is there any easy way to approach this goal? An easy method with step-by-step procedures is introduced in the following case report to make immediate provisional restoration, preserve the soft tissue around immediate implantation in intact extraction socket and precisely transfer the soft tissue around implant for esthetic implantation.
