This case report demonstrated that a patient who had suffered from recurrent generalized advanced chronic periodontitis and had received a full mouth comprehensive periodontal and implant treatment. The treatment included initial phase I therapy and subsequent phase II therapy. Periodontal regenerative surgery was performed at maxillary anterior teeth and posterior teeth with different materials. Periodontal flap surgery was performed over mandibular left molars. Moreover, periodontal-endodontic lesion was found over mandibular left first premolar. After root canal treatment and apicoectomy, bone fill was obviously found on radiographic examination. Finally the patient received maxillary left first molar and mandibular right first molar implantation and fixed partial denture over other natural teeth. At one-year postoperative follow-up, the overall periodontal status improved and remained stable.
