因應新冠肺炎捐血防疫措施指引

鑑於2003年嚴重急性呼吸系統綜合症冠狀病毒（SARS）流行時對捐血募集及血液供應所經歷之經驗，台灣血液基金會在2020年新型冠狀病毒疾病流行期間，實施因應新型冠狀病毒防疫措施，確保捐血場所、捐血者、工作人員及製備血品的安全及充足的血液供醫療需求。由於受到疫情影響，2020年3至8月的捐供血狀況與同期比較：3月捐血量減少最多（-10.2％），5月份則增加6.6％；而供應量於4月減少最多（-6.8％），6月份則增加7.5％；但在捐血人、捐血社團、捐血機構及政府機關的共同合作克服困難下，在疫情流行期間，全台灣的血液庫存量雖稍有短缺的情況，經積極與各醫院密切協調及調節調撥供應，均能滿足病患需求。

Based on the experience of blood collection and supply during the 2003 SARS outbreak, the Taiwan Blood Services Foundation (TBSF) established guidelines to safeguard donation sites, blood donors, staffs and blood components during the COVID-19 pandemic. Maintaining sufficient blood supplies is essential. Comparing data from March to August 2020 with the same period in the previous year, the number of donated units showed the greatest decline (-10.2%) in March but rose 6.6% in May. In terms of blood supply, the largest drop (-6.8%) was in April, followed by an increase (7.5%) in June. With the efforts of blood donors, social groups, blood center workers, and government agencies and under the policies established by the TBSF, blood centers were able to provide safe and adequate quantities of blood components to patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
