摘要

在2021年5月中旬，台灣爆發社區感染與流行，同時在台灣也演變成重大公共衛生問題，尤其是在新北市，這是世界上人口最稠密的地區之一。在疫情流行當下，透析患者仍須繼續在醫院進行治療，需要每週對透析患者進行篩檢。也仍有許多接受醫療行為的患者，也需要執行快速篩檢來避免傳染，於是建立了門診前篩檢業務。在社區疫情爆發時，往往需要進行大規模篩檢，找出可能的患者。這時候就需要醫院篩檢站的工作人員，執行高效率的臨時篩檢任務。篩檢站的工作逐漸轉變為門診模式。這必須整合所有內容，包括門診抗原篩檢和住院前聚合酶連鎖反應（PCR）核酸檢測，制度化的臨床病理科施作並由報告系統輸出。在後疫情時代，團隊回歸原單位，制度化篩檢將成為主流。

In Taiwan, the COVID-19 epidemic broke out in mid-May 2021. It represents a major public health issue, especially in New Taipei City, which is one of the most densely populated areas in the world. Rapid epidemic changes occurred in communities in Taiwan. In the face of the pandemic, dialysis patients must continue to receive medical care in the hospital. During this pandemic, dialysis patients need to be screened weekly. There are still many patients undergoing medical behaviors that also need to perform rapid screening to identify possible infection. Therefore, pre-outpatient screening work has been set up. In the outbreak of a community epidemic, a large-scale screening is often required to find out possible patients. At this time, the staffs of the hospital screening station is required to perform efficient temporary screening tasks. The work of the screening station has gradually transformed into an outpatient mode. This integrated model must integrate all screening tests, including outpatient antigen rapid screening and pre-hospital PCR screening. Screening has evolved into an institutionalized clinical pathology department and is output by the inspection report system. People in the screening station will return to their original units after the pandemic, but the institutionalized screening model will become the mainstream in the post-epidemic era.
