The coronavirus infections outbroke in Taipei since middle of May, 2021. Emergency rooms and intensive care units of hospitals in Taipei were soon overwhelmed by COVID-19 confirmed cases. Several hotels cooperated with Taipei city government to be converted to forced quarantine hotels for admitted COVID-19 mild patients. Besides, branches of Taipei City Hospital cooperated with these hotels to take care of residents and help to transfer them to hospitals if their condition deteriorating. This literature reviewed the difference between the numbers of confirmed cases transferred safely from the two forced quarantine hotels managed by the author to hospitals during the worst period of the epidemic in 2021, before and after the doctors of Zhongxing Branch of Taipei City Hotel stationing in the hotels. Better result was demonstrated after doctors stationing in the hotel, including more delicate medical care for residents and more smooth the processes of transferring deteriorated residents to hospitals. Conclusion, the safe quarantine in hotel relying on the close cooperation between hotels and hospitals.
