我國教學視導制度之困境與因應

The Predicaments and Improving Strategies of the Instructional Supervision System in Taiwan

摘要


本文主要在探討我國當前教學視導制度之困境,並嘗試提出因應策略,期能在新世紀中建構出具體可行的教學視導制度,以提高教師教學品質,提升學生學習效果,進而擴大教育改革的成效。全文主要分成三大部分,首先扼要分析教學視導的概念;其次則深入探究我國當前教學視導制度之困境,包括教學視導定位不夠明確、教學視導人員任用不夠健全、教學視導人員專業如能有待提升、教學視導成效未能彰顯等四方面;再其次則針對前述困境,提出教學視導定位明確化、教學視導人員專業化、以及教學視導功能務實化等三大革新方向,以作為教育主管當局進行相關教育改革時之參考。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the predicaments and improving strategies of the instructional supervision system in Taiwan for the new century. There are three parts to this paper. Firstly, the concept of instructional supervision is analyzed. Secondly, the predicaments of the instructional supervision system in Taiwan are examined, which include instructional supervision as not clearly defined, the appointment of instructional supervisors is not sound, the professional knowledge of the instructional supervisors needs to be enhanced, and the function of instructional supervision system is not manifest. Finally, the improving strategies to the predicaments of the instructional supervision system are proposed, which comprise of a clear definition of instructional supervision, the professionalization of instructional supervisors, and the application of the function of instructional supervision.
