台灣臨床心理師的專業倫理
The Professional Ethics of Clinical Psychologist in Taiwan
摘要
本文以「心理師法」通過時間點，將台灣臨床心理師的專業倫理分為前、後兩段。在「前心理師法」時代的段落，簡介心理學專業人員倫理準則草案的內容，及當時實務臨床工作規範的依據。在「後心理師法」時代段落，包括臨床心理師專業倫理相關的法令依據，及臨床心理師公會全國聯合會成立後推動的過程。

The professional ethics of clinical psychologist in Taiwan” is divided into two parts, ”Pre-Psychologists Act” and ”Post-Psychologists Act”. The first part includes a summarized account of the draft about the ethics of psychologists which is made by Taiwanese Psychological Association, and the basis of Clinical Practice at that time. The second part consists of the basis of the related laws in clinical psychologists' specialized ethics and the efforts from Association of Taiwan Clinical Psychologist.
