占星療遇與支持性對話的行動研究

本文是以「行動研究方法」來進行占星學探究的短文，研究中以批判心理學（radical psychology）、行動研究（action research）所提倡的觀點先進行自我歷程的揭露－研究者對讀者、被研究者坦露自身歷程，予以檢查，而能與共同研究者（個案）、讀者站在平等的位置。本篇將從我身為「占星師」的行動者兼研究者的身分背景開始談，再進入「療遇」（encountering healing）和超心理學中的賽斯思想（Seth's data）結合。一對一談話的案例及群體∕社會實驗場－日日春的身心靈性∕幸福雜貨店的創建來說明行動者未來的定。研究者在這個實踐與反映的過程中，整理出「以『療遇（encountering healing）與支持性（supportive）對話』來進行身心靈占星工作」的觀點。研究者認為占星學這樣的學問，可以是一個重要的「容器」（container），它撐出一個支持性的空間因而產生所謂的「療效」（healing）－集體潛意識下的星空故事群，和擅長說故事的占星師，成為受創最重、傷痕累累與不堪的時期中，最好的原型子宮似的託身之所在。它讓人可以漂浮、想像、許任何願望，但沒有罪。研究者並採用新時代思想（New Age）的「賽斯」資料（Seth's data）作為靈性的基礎，並以此作為個人在占星觀點上的修正和創新。賽斯資料與研究者長期從事占卜的感覺相合，並且也引領研究者突破了占星學的瓶頸。研究目的則是試圖以原先身為西洋占卜師、後來再具備諮商與心理學研究訓練的角度，來處理長久以來在傳統論命法和宿命觀之下，所造成的「論命者」（文內亦稱「占卜師」、「師傅」）與「來問者」（文內亦以「個案」、「客人」交換使用）的詮釋權力不平衡處境，並以對話實驗室來親身實驗，試圖找出一種可能性，創造出「讓來問者透過對話過程的互動產生自發療遇，而變得相信自己、恢復動能」的情境；同時，也欲處理占卜師「總是精力耗竭、單方供應能量、被供做神來拜」的處境，期待出現一種占卜互動是「占卜師也能從個案身上得到學習與增長、互相都滋養的」；最後，期望也能處理到「如何能使占星師自身能不陷入過度專注於表層意識活動的『上下比義』狀態」，希望拓展出一種可能性是占卜師自己就能在亟需高度心智活動（讀星盤）的狀態下，與求問者共同創造或孕育一個具有療遇元素的「夢幻的孕育空間」。

This article is abstracted and revised from my essay, ”A possible path toward encountering healing through astrology-an action research on supportive astrological talk.” I expect that my article could attract some of the readers/psychologists who were just like me, who didn't dare to ”come out” before and didn't dare to admit they are also ”occult is m” in the scientific/clinic atmosphere in Taiwan's psychology field. Some of the astrology terms which are ordinary concepts for people who have ever touched astrology, so I would simply label them as ”astrology terms” and would not describe or interpret in this article. The main purpose of this article is to interact with other ”astrologers, occultism, or tarot” readers and share my working notes, but not for teaching astrology counseling skills. Here in the article, I would like to deal with some points. First, to find astrologer's way out through act ion research. Second, it is about the root of my work, explaining my reflect ion thinking of ”encountering healing.” Third, it expresses the relations among Seth Data which as a kind of metapsychology, astrology, and encountering healing in my work. Forth, he re shows practitioner's notes about ”supportive talk:” a) Personal consult and b) Supporting social organization networks. Fifth shows I am as an action researcher, my current future and plans. Sixth, this part contains some of my working notes as sharing public knowledge for astrologer/occultism consulting work.
