在串連與對話中：社會文化行動者的在地實踐與文化建構

In Connection and Dialogue: The Local Praxis and Cultural Construction of Social-Cultural Actors

摘要

「社會文化行動者」透過組織進行在地實踐，文化的傳承與建構，本文以「社會文化心理學」的理論視角，透過深度訪談、文件資料、參與觀察法蒐集資料，並以「敘事分析法」進行資料分析與詮釋，以探究社會文化行動者與組織透過什麼樣的策略來進行在地實踐？同時朝向怎樣的文化建構樣貌？研究發現，社會文化行動者透過組織的運作影響在地文化的建構，包括：透過在地情感的反身觀看以重新建構共享意義；在時間與空間軸串連中的「引動」參與，讓人與歷史、空間及他者相互連結；同時將對話作為社會實踐的方式，也建構出相互對話的文化；以及開展出創造性轉化的可能性。文章最後以「文化是一種實踐性活動」作為結語，回到社會文化行動者以及社區參與者，期待透過不斷地反思與思辯，能夠讓所有的社會實踐都是一種文化行動。

Through organized social activities, socio-cultural actors practice cultural inheritance and construction. This study explored the strategies adopted by the socio-cultural actors and the organizations to construct the cultural landscape they envisaged. Appling the socio-cultural psychological perspective, three main sets of strategies were found through narrative analysis. First, people could reconstruct shared meaning through reflecting on the place they live. Second, people could connect with others and history through active participations initiated in the intersection of time and space. Finally, dialogue is used as a way of social praxis to nurture a culture of conversation and to create the possibility of creative transformation. To conclude with the motto of ＂culture as a practical activity＂, it is hoped that through continuous reflection and contemplation, socio-cultural actors and community participants can turn social praxes into cultural actions.
