數位與3D斷層乳房攝影疼痛度的比較

Analysis OF Age AND Breast Density For Pain Differences Between Simultaneous Digital Mammography AND 3D Breast Tomosynthesis

摘要


本研究的目的為3D乳房斷層掃描儀可減輕壓迫疼痛程度,而壓迫疼痛程度是大多數受檢者卻步的關鍵原因,因此本研究設計問卷,欲了解數位乳房攝影儀器與3D乳房斷層掃描儀壓迫疼痛感之比較。本次研究資料收集方式以自擬問卷為工具,以不記名方式收集有關本次3D乳房斷層掃描儀之疼痛分數,如過去有曾接受數位乳房攝影儀器的經驗,則同時填答過去數位乳房攝影之疼痛分數進行比較分析。本研究結果顯示,數位乳房攝影疼痛指數為6.2±2.5分,3D乳房斷層掃描儀疼痛感為2.7±1.4分,有統計上的顯著意義(t=9.650,P<0.001)。本研究也依照年齡將資料進行統計分析,有統計上之顯著意義,p值分別為<0.001,<0.001及0.039。結果發現在各年齡中,3D乳房斷層掃描疼痛感均顯著低於數位乳房攝影之疼痛感,3D乳房斷層掃描疼痛感顯著較低。

3D breast tomosynthesis can reduce the degree of compression pain, and the degree of compression pain is the key reason why most subjects are reluctant. Therefore, this study designed a questionnaire to understand the comparison of digital mammography equipment and 3D breast tomosynthesis. The method of data collection in this study was to use a questionnaire as a tool to collect the pain scores of this 3D breast tomosynthesis scanner in an anonymous way. Pain scores were compared with the reported results and breast density. The results of this study showed that the pain index of digital mammography was 6.2 ± 2.5 points, and the pain of 3D breast tomosynthesis scanner was 2.7 ± 1.4 points, which were statistically significant (t = 9.650, P < 0.001) . After comparing and analyzing the results of the examination report, receiving 3D breast tomosynthesis can also effectively reduce the pain in those with denser breasts. In conclusion, the new compression plate design of the 3D breast tomosynthesis scanner, coupled with the more precise calculation of the imaging software, can reduce the number of pounds of breast compression compared with digital mammography equipment, and can effectively reduce the compression in patients with dense breasts. Pain and increase the willingness of the subjects for mammography.
