國立彰化師範大學新生對事故傷害處理能力與急救知識需求調查研究

A Study on the Unintentional Injury Management and the Aspiration for First Aid of Freshmen in the National Changhwa Normal University

摘要


本研究旨在探討彰師大新生事故傷害發生時之處理能力,瞭解學生有關事故傷害舊經驗及對急救知識需求的情況,藉此整理一套急救教材,能在有限時間內按學生需求的順序,先後予以指導急救知識與技術,滿足學生的求知慾。 本研究採問卷調查法,抽樣本校一年級新生,共得有效樣本488人,資料經統計分析與討論之後,所得重要結論如下: 1.彰師大新生對事故傷害處理,得分不高,把握度為59.1%。 2.女生對事故傷害處理的某些項目把握度比男生高,但整體平均得分,男女生並無顯著差異。 3.男女生有半數以上都曾經有事故傷害的經驗。 4.約有16.67%的學生曾在發生事故傷害的當時不知如何處理。 5.參加過急救訓練的男生有23.87%,女生有24.57%,未超過四分之一曾受過急救訓練。 6.學生想學的前五項急救知識與技術,為心肺復甦術、外傷處理、一般急症處理、休克處理與異物哽塞處理等,且男女生稍有差異。

The main purpose of the study was to investigate the ability of accidental injury management and the aspiration for first aid knowledge and skills of freshmen; to develop first aid teaching materials to satisfy the students aspiration and to equip them with first aid knowledge and skills. The data obtained for this study had been acquired by surveying 488 freshmen in The National Changhwa Normal University. The data had led to the following conclusions: 1. The assurance of the accident management of the freshmen was not high, about 59.1%. 2. The female students were less able to manage accidents then male students; however, on the average they were not significantly different. 3. More than half of the students, both male and female, had experienced accidental injuries. 4. About 16.67% of the students didn't know how to manage the accidents which happened to them. 5. Only 23.87% of male students and 24.57% of female students had received first aid training; that is, less than one fourth of the students, male as well as female, had received the training. 6. According to priority, the first five items of the first aid knowledge and skills that the students are earnest to acquire are as follow: 1. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation 2. First aid and emergency care of injuries 3. Emergency care and management of acute disease 4. Emergency care of shock 5. Emergency care of choking
