學校護理人員於青少年性健康促進之角色功能

School Nurse Role for Adolescent Sexual health-promoting

摘要


青少年階段是學習如何與異性正向而良好交往的一個重要時期。然而由於媒體對「性」的偏頗報導以及家庭對「性」的溝通不足,使青少年未能充分了解性知識。此可能造成的不良後果包括:婚前性行為、未婚懷孕、性傳染病、愛滋病、性侵害等。故本文擬探討學校護理人員如何運用策略幫助青少年建立正確之性價值觀。透過泛美衛生組織與世界衛生組織所提出預防青少年懷孕及減少性傳染病發生機會的策略,本文提出性健康促進的三級預防策略使學校護理人員在青少年性教育上扮演更積極的角色。

Adolescent stage has an important task that learns to associate and has positive attitude with the opposite sex. However, media biased report and sex knowledge communicated insufficiently in family make teenagers to obtain incomplete comprehension of sexual knowledge that result in a sexual behavior before marriage, unmarried pregnancy, STDs, AIDS, and rape et al. This article explores school nurse how to apply tactics to establish correct sexual values for youngster. By way of PAHO and WHO propose policy that can prevent teenager from pregnancy and reduce STDs. We propose the conception of tertiary prevention of sexual health-promoting that enables school nurse to play a positive role in sexual education.
