資訊倫理行爲與官僚層級結構組織關係之研究

摘要

本文主要研究典型的官僚層級組織結構與資訊倫理間之關係。研究結果顯示：倫理道德法規的存在對醫院組織的倫理道德行爲有顯著的解釋能力，正式化、控制、接受職權、以及集中化等官僚組織結構重要構面對資訊倫理認知與態度皆有顯著的解釋能力；除此之外，受訪者的性別也具有顯著的解釋能力、倫理道德法規的落實亦具有顯著的解釋能力。

This study mainly examines the relationship between the typical bureaucratic structure and information ethical behavior, such as retrieving company's data (or information) for personal use. The result of study shows: The existence of the ethical regulation has apparent explanation ability to ethical behavior in hospital organizations, and all key dimensions of bureaucratic structure, formalization, control, acceptance of authority and centralization, have apparent explanation ability to information ethics cognition and attitude; additionally, interviewee gender has apparent explanation ability too, and as does the implementation of ethical regulations.
