This study mainly examines the relationship between the typical bureaucratic structure and information ethical behavior, such as retrieving company's data (or information) for personal use. The result of study shows: The existence of the ethical regulation has apparent explanation ability to ethical behavior in hospital organizations, and all key dimensions of bureaucratic structure, formalization, control, acceptance of authority and centralization, have apparent explanation ability to information ethics cognition and attitude; additionally, interviewee gender has apparent explanation ability too, and as does the implementation of ethical regulations.
