摘要


全球正值新冠疫情衝擊,不僅啟動尖端的醫療照護對應策略,更彰顯跨領域團隊合作與溝通的重要性。良好醫護團隊合作一直都是現今臨床照護準則,如何在流行疫情的考驗下,提供高效跨專業領域教育來準備醫護學員勝任高端臨床挑戰,聚焦以病人為中心的高品質照護乃是大家的共同期待。本文將探討醫護專業推行跨專業領域教育的重要考量,以期提供實證資訊讓醫護團隊與教育者之參考,以共同努力提昇跨領域照護成果。

The world is under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and cutting-edge healthcare strategies have been continuously launched to respond to this health crisis. This pandemic further demonstrates the importance of interprofessional collaboration and communication. Effective interprofessional collaboration and practice have always been the standard of clinical care nowadays. Interprofessional education is considered an integral approach to prepare students for high-end clinical challenges and patient-centered care. Key topics addressed in this article include the core components and empirical experiences in interprofessional education and practice. The reflection of interprofessional education will provide new insights to health care practitioners and educators to work together for interdisciplinary care outcomes.
