以多元教學策略提升脊髓損傷病人照顧者執行膀胱訓練正確率

Using Multiple Teaching Strategies to Improve the Accuracy of Bladder Training Performed by Caregivers of Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

摘要


本專案旨在提升脊髓損傷病人照顧者執行膀胱訓練正確率,分析造成照顧者膀胱訓練正確性低的原因有膀胱訓練內容很多、缺乏提醒工具、無印尼及英語版衛教手冊、缺乏評值機制、衛教手冊僅有中文版且文字多、缺乏實體模型護理指導輔具。針對原因採取六項對策,即增設膀胱訓練記錄單、製作限水計畫提醒牌、架構「多國語言膀胱訓練影音學習平台」、研擬照顧者膀胱訓練查核表及評值機制、設計脊髓損傷病人膀胱訓練電子書、增購會陰模型教具等多元教學策略,對策實施後,脊髓損傷病人照顧者執行膀胱訓練正確率,由改善前63.3%提升至95.0%,期冀此改善經驗可提供脊髓損傷病人照顧者執行膀胱訓練照護之參考。

This project aimed to improve the accuracy of bladder training for caretakers who are taking care of patients with spinal cord injury, and analyzed the causes of low accuracy in bladder training. These causes included too many contents in bladder training, no reminder mechanism, nursing care manuals without Indonesian and English version, no physical nursing guidance aids to evaluate the accuracy of bladder training, nursing care manuals including too much text and only in Chinese version, and insufficient physical model nursing guidance tools. Focus on above mentioned reasons, this project was implemented through setup of ebooks for bladder training introduction bladder training records, multilingual learning platforms, the water restriction plan reminder cardboards, bladder training check list and evaluation mechanism, and teaching aids purchase. After implementation, the accuracy rate of bladder training conducted by the caretakers of patients with spinal cord injury improved from 63.3% to 95.0%. This experience can be used as a reference for the caregiver of patient with spinal cord injury to improve their accuracy on bladder training.
