物理治療師與學生對台灣訂定「實習物理治療師制度」之問卷調查

研究背景與目的：應否訂定「實習物理治療師」制度，在物理治療學界及臨床治療都引起廣泛的討論，本篇調查性研究藉由問卷方式，來探討我國物理治療師會員及學生對於此一制度的看法。方法：本研究以問卷調查方式，針對中華民國物理治療師公會全國聯合會（以下簡稱全聯會）三個公會的所有會員及九所大專院校89學年度物理治療學系（組）應屆畢業學生進行問卷調查。問卷之設計分為三大部分，包括受訪者基本資料，對於「實習物理治療師」相關問題的看法及對於制定「實習物理治療師施行要點」內容的意見。結果：有59.4%的受訪者贊成物理治療學系畢業生於未取得物理治療師執照前，得以「實習物理治療師」受聘於醫療機構；對於推動修法，以便制定「實習物理治療師施行要點」，也有66.8%的受訪者同意。針對實習物理治療師施行方式，受訪者認為應以教學醫院為限，執業期間以一年為限，與現職治療師人數比應為1:2或1:3。結論：建議應由各地物理治療師公會審查後，報請所在地之衛生主管機關登錄，以管制實習年限。

Background and Purpose: There is an extensive argument among physical therapists whether there is a need of temporary license in Taiwan. This study was to investigate the opinions of physical therapists and students on the issue through survey. Methods: The members of the Physical Therapists Association and 4th grade physical therapy students were surveyed in this study. The questionnaires used consisted of three parts: demographic data of the responders, perceived opinions regarding physical therapist temporary license, and opinions regarding the regulation of the temporary license. Results: 59.4% of the responders supported that new graduates should continue practicing physical therapy before they got their licenses. 66.8% of the responders agreed that the Physical Therapy Association should try to revise the law and set the regulation for the temporary license. Furthermore, the responders consented that the new graduates with temporary license should only practice in teaching hospitals for less than 1 year. The ratio of the temporary licensees to the licensed therapists should be 1:2 or 1:3. Conclusion: The practice of the temporary licensees should be issued by Local Physical Therapist Association and registered at local health board of the government.
