原住民與非原住民棒球選手運動目標取向、運動動機與知覺成功信念之研究

A Study of Goal Orientation, Sport Motivation and Beliefs about Success among Professional Baseball Players

摘要

本研究之目的：一、比較原住民與非原住民選手的運動目標取向、運動動機及知覺成功信念之差異；二、探討選手的運動目標取向與運動動機及知覺成功信念之相關。統計方法為獨立樣本t考驗與皮爾遜積差相關。受試對象為中華職棒聯盟與那魯灣職棒聯盟的選手，平均年齡為26.95±4.80歲，共計150人。受試者在非比賽期間填寫運動目標取向量表、運動動機量表及知覺成功信念量表。研究結果顯示：一、原住民選手的外在動機顯著高於非原住民選手。二、不論原住民或是非原住民選手的運動目標取向均與運動動機及知覺成功信念有顯著相關。

The purposes of this study were three-fold: (1) to compare the differences of goal orientation, sport motivation and beliefs about success between aboriginal and non-aboriginal professional baseball players; (2) to examine the relationship of goal orientation, sport motivation and beliefs about success. The t-test independent and Pearson product moment correlation were used as statistical methods. One hundred fifty baseball players from the Chinese Professional Baseball League and the Taiwan Major League (average age=26.95±4.8) participated in the study. During non-competition periods, the subjects completed a questionnaire that asked about their goal orientation, sport motivation and beliefs about success. The results indicated that the extrinsic motivation of aboriginal players was significantly higher than non-aboriginal players, and the relationship of goal orientation, sport motivation and beliefs about success was significant.
