摘要

本研究旨在了解我國從事高爾夫運動的球友其運動目標取向與自覺能力、運動動機對運動表現及其相關情形，首先經由文獻探討有關目標取向與自覺能力、運動動機表現的理論基礎及其相關研究。再以自編「高爾夫球友的運動目標取向與自覺能力、運動動機對運動表現之影響問卷」，抽樣調查國內500位球友，採描述統計、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析和徑路分析等統計方法。研究發現如下：一、高爾夫球友之運動表現與自覺能力呈顯著正相關。二、高爾夫球友的低自覺能力和內在動機呈顯著正相關。三、擁有高自覺能力的高爾夫球友會有較佳的運動表現。四、運動表現（差點）的評估可由「技術水準」、「無動機」、「內在動機」、「高自覺能力」及「球齡」等五個變項來預測，可解釋運動表現（差點）評估總變異量的41.7%。五、由所有徑路來看，其中以自覺能力透過自我取向目標對運動表現影響最大(Beta=0.43)。

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of goal orientation, perceived ability and motivation on golfers' performance. A total of 500 golfers participated in the study. Results of this study included: 1. Simple correlation analyses showed that golf performance was positively related to perceived ability. 2. Perceived ability was negatively related to goal orientation and motivation. 3. Players who perceived themselves as having a high level of ability in playing golf performed better than players who perceived themselves as having a low level of ability. 4. Golfers' performance (handicap) can be predicted by technique, a-motivation, intrinsic motivation, high perceived level of ability and number of years playing golf, which accounts for an account variance of 41.7%. 5. Perceived ability had an indirect influence on sport performance due to ego orientation, and the Beta was. 433.
