摘要

本研究目的在探討運用資料包絡分析法於2003年中華職棒大聯盟六球團經營管理績效評估，期能發展適合職棒球團實際需求之評估模式。由實證結果求得：各球團投手球員投球及野手球員攻擊績效表現、各球團教練團整合戰力的績效表現、各球團經營整體績效表現、各球團目前投資是否以最小的投入來達成最大的產出以及球團合理經營之績效；研究結果符合各球團實際績效表現，對球員、教練團與經營者提供有用的經營管理參考資訊與決策法則。

The purpose of this study was to explore an assessment model as Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) figuring out the performance for 6 professional baseball teams of 2003 Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). The results were as follows: the effective performance of pitchers' pitching and fielders' batting; the integrating performance from different coach-corps; a team's overall management performance; a team's current investing performance regarding whether it has invested the minimum money to gain the maximum output; a team's reasonable management in performance effectiveness the performance effectiveness. The results had not only met with the actual situations but also provided useful information for future business managing needs and decision-making guidelines for players, coach-corps and owners from these six professional baseball teams.
