本研究旨在探討中學體育教師教學承諾與教學準備現況與差異、及此二者之相關情形。本研究以「體育教師教學承諾量表」與「體育教師教學準備量表」,針對北中南部地區高中與國中體育教師進行問卷調查;共發出問卷900份,有效回收585份,有效回收率為65%。所得資料以多變項變異數分析與典型相關進行統計分析;獲得以下結論:一、體育教師教學承諾會因其不同性別、教學年資、教育程度、及是否兼任教練而有顯著差異;二、體育教師教學準備會因其不同性別、教學年資、教育程度、是否兼任行政工作、以及是否兼任教練而有顯著差異;三、體育教師教學承諾各因素與教學準備各因素之間,具有顯著關聯。
This study investigated the differences and the relationship between teaching commitment and teaching preparation of secondary school physical education teachers. The subjects were the secondary school physical education teachers assessed by a Physical Education Teacher Teaching Commitment Questionnaire and a Physical Education Teacher Teaching Preparation Questionnaire. The total sampling was 900, the valid samples were 585, and the valid returned rate was 65%. The collected data were analyzed by MANOVA and canonical correlation. The results of this study are as follows. First, there were significant differences in teaching commitment factors among different genders, years of service, the educational degrees, and concurrent service as coaches of the secondary school physical education teachers. Second, there were significant differences in teaching preparation factors among different genders, years of service, the educational degrees, position, and serving concurrently as coaches of secondary school physical education teachers. Third, there were significant correlation between factors of teaching commitment and teaching preparation among secondary school physical education teachers.
