近年來有關華人特色的家長式領導,在體育運動領域已經逐漸受到關注,但家長式領導的核心概念-教誨領導卻仍缺乏研究,因此,本研究目的在探討運動團隊的教誨領導,探討教練的教誨領導可能表現在哪些方面,以及運動教練的教誨領導之內涵等問題。本研究以兩個高中運動團隊為個案,以觀察與訪談的質化方法進行研究。結果發現三個重要的議題,分別為:(一)教誨領導與運動員的學習與進步。(二)教誨領導與運動員生活常規的規範。(三)教誨領導與運動員的生涯發展。此外,在進一步的討論與分析,本研究提出運動教練教誨領導的概念,說明教誨領導與恩威並濟二元領導的可能關係,並以此對目前教練行為分析的研究結果提出進一步的解釋,亦對多元領導模式進行討論。最後,本研究對教練的培育與運動員的養成提出建議。
Paternalistic leadership, a cultural leadership of the overseas Chinese, has been the focus of attention in recent sports study. However, didactic leadership, a key concept of paternalistic leadership, has been little studied. Thus, this study examined the concept of didactic leadership, and the qualitative methods were used. Two elite high school teams participated in this study. Three issues were discussed in this study: didactic leadership and athletic performance, didactic leadership and athletic normative behavior, and didactic leadership and athletic career. Based on the results, this study proposed a conceptual model of didactic leadership to clarify the dual relationships of authoritative leadership and benevolent leadership. This model also explained the results of coaching behaviors analysis and extended the model of multidimensional model of leadership. Finally, this study also makes suggestions for the development of coaches and athletes.
