籃球運動在臺灣長久以來是相當受國人喜愛的運動,其中又以高級中等學校籃球聯賽更為火熱。而籃球運動各種得分手段中,又以罰球是完全沒有防守球員進行干擾的得分方式,因此在勢均力敵的比賽中,罰球的好壞往往是球賽勝負的關鍵因素。如能提高籃球員的罰球表現,對比賽精采度應有實質的提升。近年來PETTLEP意象模式產生功能等同性的意象訓練逐漸受到重視,包括身體、環境、時間、任務、學習、情緒及觀點7項要素所組成,本研究的目的在於探討PETTLEP意象模式訓練對高中乙組籃球員的罰球表現的影響。本研究以方便取樣方式,招募2隊參與106學年度高中乙組聯賽之籃球隊為研究對象,並以隊為單位分派為PETTLEP意象組和控制組,PETTLEP意象組12名、控制組10名,共22名參與者。PETTLEP意象組依照模式中7項要素進行為期4週,每週2次,共8次的意象訓練介入。本研究結果發現意象組和控制組組間在前測無顯著差異,在後測意象組顯著優於控制組,意象組的後測成績顯著優於前測。綜合本研究結果得出以下結論:在經過PETTLEP意象模式訓練後,能夠提升籃球運動員罰球表現,建議教練在日常練習能夠加入,以提升表現。同時建議未來研究能夠針對不同傳遞方式(漸進式、倒退式)及不同技能水準之運動員加以探討。
Basketball has long been a popular sport in Taiwan, and the High School Basketball League (HBL) is quite popular with audiences of all ages. A free throw is a scoring method in basketball which does not permit interference by defensive players; in a close game, free throw quality is often the key factor determining the eventual winner. The field of imagery training has been taken more seriously in recent years, with physical, environment, task, timing, learning, emotion, and perspective (PETTLEP) imagery training leveraging the functional equivalence between motor imagery and motor preparation and training. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of PETTLEP imagery training in the free throw performance of High School League Grade B basketball players. Two such basketball teams competing during the 2017 academic year were recruited as research objects and assigned to the PETTLEP imagery group (12 participants) or the control group (10 participants). The results show no significant difference between the imagery group and the control group in the pre-test; however, the post-test result of the imagery group is significantly better than that of the control group, as well as significantly better than that of the pre-test. In conclusion, the results indicated that PETTLEP imagery training can improve basketball players' free throw performance. It is recommended that coaches can bring this imagery training into daily practice to improve player's free-throw performance. Future research might be conducted in terms of different imagery delivery styles and athletes from different skill levels.
