本研究主要在瞭解國民小學校長道德領導對學校組織文化、學生學習表現之影響。採用問卷調查法,本研究以自編之「國民小學校長道德領導、學校組織文化與學生學習表現問卷」為研究工具,抽取嘉義縣國民小學606位教師為研究樣本,回收有效問卷534份,以單因子變異數分析及線性結構方程式二種統計方法,對研究資料進行分析後,主要研究發現有二:第一、教師對國小校長道德領導知覺程度愈高者,其學校組織文化、學生學習表現知覺均較高,但國小學生數學、國語成績不會因校長道德領導之不同而有顯著差異;第二、國民小學校長道德領導係透過學校組織文化對學生學習表現知覺產生間接影響,校長道德領導、學校組織文化與學生學習表現知覺關係結構模式之適配度良好;但國民小學校長道德領導、學校組織文化與學生數學、國語成績之關係結構模式未獲驗證。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of elementary school principals 'moral leadership on school culture and students' learning performance. A survey research method was adopted. The sample was 606 elementary school teachers in Chia-Yi County. In total, the collected data from 534 valid samples was analyzed with ANOVA and LISREL. The two main findings were as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers with higher scores for the category of ”principals' moral leadership” also had higher scores for ”school culture” and ”perception of students' learning performance.” However, there were no significant differences on elementary school students' scores in Math and Chinese, when teachers' perceptions of principals' moral leadership differed. 2. Principals' moral leadership indirectly influenced teachers' perception of students' learning performance via school culture. A good SEM fit for principals' moral leadership, school culture and students' learning performance was shown by the study.
