綠能產業創新模式之形塑：台灣經驗

由於台灣南部地區擁有較多的日曬時間與完善的製造業產業結構，因此分析南部地區既有產業是否能夠承接綠能產業投入，並帶動南部地區綠能產業的發展。而產業是否能夠持續發展，其關鍵在於「創新」，透過新興產業與在地產業的連結，帶領地區成為產業發展的新動力。透過區位商數與相對成長篩選出可強化綠能產業在地鏈結的產業項目，加入空間區位辨識南部產業群聚區域是否能夠支援綠能產業的發展。研究發現為促進在地產業與綠能產業的創新投入，運用DUISTI的並存創新模式較有助於生產鏈結產生相依性。創新產業的能量鏈結至地方基礎產業，在引入新產業的同時也促進既有產業邁入產業再生循環的發展利基。
