本研究旨在探討國訓中心培訓選手社會支持因素,包含家人、同儕及教師對其運動價值觀之影響。研究對象為國家運動選手訓練中心杜哈亞運第二階段的各單項運動培訓選手,採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集。於2006年5月~6月進行問卷的發放,實際發出388份的問卷,回收總樣本為380份,剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷為377份,回收率為97.94%,有效問卷率為99.21%。利用信度分析、項目檢定、因素分析、單因子多變量變異數分析(Manova)、雪費爾以及杜納T3事後考驗等統計方法進行分析後,主要研究結果如下: 一、運動價值觀的36的項目藉由因素分析萃取出4個構面,分別為「個人性價值」、「道德性價值」、「能力性價值」及「社會性價值」。 二、不同家人運動社會支持程度的選手,在社會性價值觀有顯著差異存在。 三、不同同儕運動社會支持程度的選手,在個人性價值觀達顯著差異存在。 四、不同教師運動社會支持程度的選手,在能力性及社會性價值觀達顯著差異存在。 在此研究中,證實了重要他人的支持對運動選手的價值觀有實質的影響。因此,希望能藉此研究提供相關領域教練、教師、選手於比賽訓練、團隊價值塑造時的一項參考。
The purpose of this study was to discuss the effects of the players' social support for exercise from family, peers and teachers on sport values. The population were the players training for Doha Asian Games in the National Sports Training Center. The period of survey were conducted between May to June, 2006. 388 questionnaires were distributed, 380 questionnaires were returned and 377 questionnaires were valid. The valid rate arrived at 99.21%. Reliability, item analysis, Manova, Scheffe's, Dunett T3 were applied to data-analysis. The results of this study are: 1. 4 factors extracted from 36 items of sport values were personal values, social values, competence values and moral values. 2. Different family social support for exercise made significant differences in social values. 3. Different peer social support for exercise made significant differences in personal values. 4. Different teacher social support for exercise made significant differences in competence values and social values. In the study, it is proved that the support from significant others did make pronounced influence on players' values. Accordingly, results of this study would provide referable guidance to related coaches, teachers and players when training and leading sport teams.
