排球扣球技術中的揮臂擊球是扣球各環節中的關鍵,可彌補彈跳或身高不足、舉球不理想等不利因素,而且對球的力量、速度、技術有著直接影響。而空中擊球是人體失去支點,在空中完成揮臂擊球的技術動作,必須在0.5~0.8秒完成手臂後擺、前拉、加速揮臂進而完成手臂、身體軀幹與地面呈垂直面的擊球動作,所以是技術環節的困難點,因此本研究目的為找出扣球空中手臂動作揮擺最佳時機。方法以高速攝影機以(250frame/sec)矢狀面拍攝排球扣球空中動作,利用silicon coach影像分析軟體分析空中手臂揮擺動作的最佳時機。從研究結果可發現,甲組球員約84%、初學者約85%完成手臂後擺動作,揮臂擊球時都已不是在最高擊球點擊球,因此可提出以下結論:要完成完整的扣球手臂揮擺動作,時間要愈早愈好,而良好的揮臂擊球時間是在達到最高擊球點前需完成手臂與身體呈180°的擊球動作,在上升到最高擊球點是最好的。且空中手臂揮擺方向應由體側向前上方急速擺起,使肘關節轉折,整個手臂像鞭子一樣揮打,就能做出較多有效動作空間促使發力。
Arm's waving is the key of spike in volleyball game, and such waving can be supplement to factors of insufficient bounce, height, and lift up. It has great and direct effect on the force, speed and technique when touch the ball. A Spike in the air means the body losing the pivot and finishing the whole technical motions of waving in the air. The point of the difficulty is that the whole motions including pull behind, wave forward, and speed up the wave of the arm should be finished in just 0.5 to 0.8 seconds. The research is to discover the best chance of waving and the performance of the spike. A high speed camera (250 frames per second) is set to shoot the whole motions of spike in the air. To use software ”silicon coach” as an analyzer to discover the best timing of the waving motion in the air. According to the result, 84% of top players and 85% of beginners are not in the best chance to spike when finishing the wave behind of their arms. In conclusion, the earlier to finish the whole waving motions of the arm, the better chance to have a perfect spike – to finish the motions and have arm and body horizontal, and on the rise to reach the best hitting point. The route of the arm should be rise from body aside rapidly to the upper front, to turn the elbow and wave the arm like flinging a whip so as to have more effective motions with strength.
