病例報告：以改良型束縛包紮法處理食蛇龜開放性傷口

Case Report: Use Modified Tie-over Bandage to Treat Open Wound of Yellow-margined Box Turtle (Cuora flavomarginata)

摘要

此食蛇龜（Cuora flavomarginata）因放置食道餵管後在脖子側邊有開放性傷口，因位置特殊，難以進行敷料固定，導致傷口持續惡化無法癒合，採用改良型束縛包紮法（modified tie-over bandage）後，配合麻醉清創、全身性抗生素投予、飼養環境改善、營養支持及定時更換敷料等醫療處置，結果傷口逐漸癒合復原良好。此方法為束縛包紮法改良型，將來可應用此方法於爬蟲類等難以包紮動物的傷口處理。

This case is a Yellow-margined box turtle had an open wound at lateral neck after placing esophagostomy tube. Because the wound was on an awkward location, dressing couldn't be properly placed, the wound was deteriorated and non-healing. After using modified tie-over bandage in concert with debridement under anesthesia, systemic antibiotics, appropriate husbandry, nutrition support and regular dressing change, the wound gradually healed, and patient recovered. This bandage method is modified from tie-over bandage, it can be used in reptilian wounds that are hard to bandage in the future.
