近十年來花蓮、台東地區的觀光産業發展快速，今日已到了轉型的階段。未來將以發展優質的原住民部落休閑事業爲主，而經營分析是休間產業的經營者所要注意的核心事項，爲了提高經營分析的有效性與終濟性。在此提供七項分析：1.策略分析2.競爭力分析3.服務作業分析4.服務品質分析5.承載量分析6.財務收支分析7.促銷運用分析。以供未來有意從事或已從事花東地區原住民部落休閒事業的業者更加瞭解組織經營結構及績效的永績經營。同時從人文地理生態方面創造新的原住民部落休閒事業的價值。

The leisure industry in Hualien and Taitung has developed fast in the last ten years Today it has already reached a transition stage. Future development relies on developing high-quality indigenous attractions. To improve general efficiency and price-efficiency, operators within the leisure industry should pay attention to performance analysis.
Here we offer seven analyses: 1. Strategy analysis; 2. Competitive capability analysis; 3. Service operations analysis; 4. Service quality analysis; 5. Carrying capacity analysis; 6. Financial affairs revenue and expenditure analysis; 7. Promotion and marketing analysis. For those are already involved or who intend to get involved in the aforementioned indigenous leisure industry in the Hualian and Taidong regions, it is even more important to understand organizational and business structures in order to continue successful business management. It should also be possible to simultaneously combine cultural, geographical and ecological factors to create a new value within the indigenous leisure industry.
