Yi Ling's poems often reflect on Macau's modern society development after being taken over by the Chinese government. Its skepticism has profound impact on the literary world. This thesis discusses three aspects of Yi Ling's postcolonial poetry. First, it shows Yi Ling's attention to Macau's politics; the poetry shows the people's crisis sense of their sovereign identity under the colonial dominance. Secondly, with Macau's diverse culture movement, Yi Ling has come up with the concept of Liudong dao. It is not hard to recognize that Macau residents' identity has shifted to the so called "The Triple Identity". Furthermore, it is about the individual and the group's dialogue at that period of time. It is to reflect on the collectivism and criticize in the face of the impact of the existing space. Its intention is to overturn the patriarchal system and pursue the female anarchism.
