摘要

安倍於2012 年上台之後，一方面調整安全保障政策，另一方面也強化美日同盟關係，本文認為要了解現今日本防衛政策的轉變，則必須從安倍執政初期，美日關係的合縱連橫來加以分析，換句話說，安倍剛上台的那一年當中，在他刻意配合美國再平衡政策下，為今後的日本解禁集體自衛權及放寬武器輸出三原則開啟了大門，也讓美日同盟更加深化與擴大化，美日同盟關係似乎已經從過去的「漂流的同盟」轉為「戰略的同盟」。
