慢性腎病病人的指甲變異與處理

40％以上慢性腎病病人有指甲變異，其造成的疼痛會影響手指功能，甚至降低工作能力。不尋常的外觀，也會使人於顯露雙手時感到尷尬。為改善照護對象的生活品質，本文藉由文獻整理，介紹指甲、慢性腎病與指甲變異、影響因素，常見指甲變異與治療、護理人員的角色與功能。期能提供護理人員研擬照護慢性腎病指甲變異者之參考。

More than 40% of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) experience nail disorders, which induce pain that affects finger functioning and even work ability. Such disorders also cause patient to feel awkward when showing their hands to others. To improve patients' quality of life, this review introduces the structure of nails, the relationship between CKD and nail disorders, risk factors, common nail disorders of CKD patients, and the respective treatment, in addition to the role and function of nurses in nail disorders care. This paper can serve as a reference for nurses to care for CKD patients experiencing nail disorders, devise nursing plans, refer patients to physicians for treatment in advance.
