摘要

由於台灣半導體製造業蓬勃發展，使得半導體儀器及設備供應商業務也隨之擴展。然而，為了使客戶之機台及設備能持續運作，導致儀器設備供應商之備用零件與消耗性零件庫存不斷的提高。近幾年來，儀器與設備供應商對於備用零件的管理方式，已漸從傳統的大量庫存走向上下游資訊協同的『供應商管理存貨』(VMI)管理模式；在此模式下，如何慎選適合VMI運作之供應商，成為推動VMI存貨管理方式成功與否的重要因素。本研究以『層級分析法』為基礎，建立VMI環境下之供應商評選模式，提供企業篩選VMI供應商時之量化指標；並將之應用於國內某氣體分析儀器供應商，結果顯示本研究之『VMI供應商評選模式』確能有效的評選供應商，提高VMI制度推行時之成功機會。

The semiconductor industry has been the most booming industry in Taiwan. For running the equipment and facility smoothly, the inventory of spare parts and consumable parts has been higher than before. To enhance the competitive advantage, the inventory management model should be changed to adopt the Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) based inventory control strategy. In a VMI environment, the collaborative business model for supply-demand, that is suppliers and customers, is very important. Especially, how to select suitable suppliers to meet the characteristics of VMI is the critical business issue for instrument providers of semiconductor industry. In this research, a detailed analysis on VMI inventory management for gas analytical instrument, used in semiconductor industry, was constructed. An Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) model was developed to evaluate suitable suppliers under VMI environment. To dip out the critical factors that impact the success of VMI model, a qualitative questionnaire for expert was also developed. Finally, a case, a domestic gas analytical instrument provider, study was used to show the whole methodology. This proposed model provides a quantitative index for VMI-based supplier selection. In the case study, it reveals that this model can effectively rank different suppliers and give a suggestion for VMI-based supplier selection.
