臺灣「社區日間作業設施」服務成效評估之研究：以育成社會福利基金會為例

社區日間作業設施開辦迄今未有任何實證研究顯示其服務成效，本研究的目的即在探討該服務模式是否能提升心智障礙者的生活品質。本研究採取單案研究設計，以育成基金會四名新接受作業設施服務的作業者為樣本，運用個人成果量表中文版為評估工具，分別在其接受服務的第一個月、第三個月、第六個月、第九個月進行評估，分析其在獨立、社會參與、福祉和整體生活品質得分上的變化。研究結果顯示，作業設施整體提升了阿坤和阿茹的生活品質，也有助於改善阿祥的社會參與；尤其服務模式強調在活動中積極培養自我選擇、自我決策，有助於提升作業者在獨立面向上的表現。

There is no any evidence-based research to show the effectiveness since the establishment of small-scale sheltered workshops. The aim of this study is to explore whether the service mode can improve the quality of life of intellectual disabilities. This study is designed to take single-case research, and pick four samples who accept services recently from the Yu-Cheng Social Welfare Foundation. Moreover, Personal Outcomes Scale is used as assessment tools at four time points, and divided into four domains, including independence, social participation, well-being and entirety. The results show that small-scale sheltered workshops not only help Kun and Ru to improve their quality of life, but also help Siang to participate in social activities. Especially, the service model that emphasizes positive culture of self-selection and self-determination in activity can help intellectual disabilities to improve performance in the domain ofindependence.
