從犯罪學視角探討本土化校園霸凌事件之態樣及防治作為

Discussion on the Forms and Prevention of Localized Campus Bullying from the Perspective of Criminology

摘要


社會各界非常關心校園霸凌,教育部也結合各界力量,透過重振校園倫理、營造友善校園,杜絕校園霸凌等,提出12項治標及7項治本共19項具體策略及作為,積極防制校園霸凌,已有明顯成效。所採用的校園霸凌處置的重要關鍵為:一、鼓勵受凌者或旁觀者面對欺凌行為要勇敢說出來;二、學校知有校園霸凌情事,應立即啟動處理與輔導機制。學生霸凌事件被發現的原因,主要可歸納成三大類:一、學生自陳。二、家長投書學校、媒體。三、教師主動發現查察。以犯罪學角度來看,單純的學生霸凌行為,如果沒有謹慎處理,嚴重的話,可能演變為法律事件,學校必須多加以注意。所以在學生霸凌行為的防治這一部份,學校的作法相當的重要,因為預防勝於治療。

The community is very concerned about bullying , department of education also combine all forces , through the revitalization of the campus ethics , creating a friendly campus , put an end to bullying and other proposed 12 temporary and permanent cure 7 Total 19 specific strategies and as active prevention and control bullying , there are significant results. Key to bullying disposal used: First, bullying victim or bystanders must to speak out bravely; second, the school known to have bullying circumstances, should immediately start treatment and counseling mechanisms. The pupils bullying was found, can be categorized into three major categories: A. student self-report. B. The parents wrote to schools, media. C. The police investigation found that teachers take the initiative. In criminology perspective, simple student bullying, if not handled carefully, seriously, it may evolve into legal matters, the school must be more attention. So against this part of the school's approach is quite important student bullying, because prevention is better than treatment.
