視力全方位保健樂活方案-近視測量、預防與療癒初探

The Full-Range Vision Healthcare and Lohas Program-A Preliminary Study on Myopia Measurement, Prevention and Healing

摘要


建構全方位樂活健康的面向,以身心靈生命整體觀、科技觀測指標與眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意六感養生療癒為三個軸向。眼睛是六感之首,而國內近視問題嚴重,有礙國人身心靈平衡與健康,故做為本研究的切入點。眼睛的狀況機能,能否不假他人,隨時精確的自我檢視?近距離的生活產生視覺壓力,長期持續的壓力造成近視與度數加深,能否量測並建置視覺壓力指標?近視發生後,能否改善視力不良與減輕近視?本研究首先研製居家視力與近視度數量測方法;進而在不同戴鏡引起視力與視覺壓力變化的狀態下,以心率變異HRV進行觀測;最後建立簡易之視力改善法。視力量測以對數視力表為藍本,影印放大1.12倍,製作視力A、B表。近視度數量測則以輕巧型驗光鏡架與驗光鏡片5片,形成簡易驗光組,可進行700度內近視量測;視覺壓力實驗結果發現,壓力變化與HRV多項指標成正相關,可方便快速觀察到視覺壓力的上升;視力改善實驗結果看到,兩眼各五分鐘的凸透鏡視力訓練後,視力與近視度數兩者分別有改善。本研究期待能對全方位健康的視力保健,初步提供能評量、預防與療癒之養生樂活方案。

The construction of the dimension of the full-range LOHAS (lifestyle of heath and sustainability) is based on the holistic view of the physical and spiritual life, observational indicators in scientific and technological, and health maintenance of six senses including eye, ear, nose, tongue, body and thought as the three axis. As vision is the foremost important sense and the problem of myopia impeding the body-mind-spirit health of the people, this study focuses on the very serious problem of myopia in Taiwan. Can we accurately inspect the conditions of our own eyes without the help of others at any time? Life of close distance creates the visual pressure and the long-term sustained visual pressure can lead to myopia and increasing the nearsightedness degree. Can we observe, measure and establish the visual pressure indicators to prevent myopia? In case of having suffered the myopia, can we improve the poor eyesight and alleviate myopia? This study first established the visual acuity and myopic diopter measurement methods before, and then used heart rate variability (HRV) for observation under conditions of changes in eyesight and visual pressure in the case of wearing different glasses. Finally, the simple vision improvement method was established. The visual acuity measurement was based on the Log MAR chart as the blueprint, and the visual acuity A, B charts was made by scaling up the image by 1.12 times. Regarding the diopter measurement, this study used the compact optometry frame and 5 optometric lens to form a simple optometry set for the measurement of myopia within 700 degrees. According to the visual pressure experiment, the changes in pressure were positively correlated to the parameters of HRV, making it possible to rapidly and conveniently observe the rising of visual pressure. According to the visual acuity improvement experiment, after the convex lens vision training of both eyes for five minutes each, both visual acuity and diopter were improved respectively. This study is expected to preliminarily provide a life maintenance LOHAS program that can measure, prevent and heal myopia for the full-range vision healthcare.
