大學法學教育自主意識教學創新初探研究－以生命教育為例

A Preliminary Research of University Teaching Innovation of Autonomy in Law Education- An Example of Life Education

摘要

本文宗旨在於探討善終此一自主意識展現，在大學階段法學、生命教育領域之教學創新。「病人自主權利法」已於2019年1月施行，充分彰顯人生即便已步入最後一哩，人性尊嚴的捍衛。大學作為教育英才之地，法學、生命教育面臨自主意識教學創新之挑戰。本文由跨域整合、案例教學與情境演練三種教學創新方式出發，建議教案設計的三個方向，分別為：融入自主意識觀念、探究自主意識行為與揣摩自主意識氛圍。本文作為初探研究，冀望以善終作為彰顯自主意識之開端，可進一步延伸相關教學創新經驗至其他自主意識行使領域。

The theme of this article is to discuss good death, a present type of autonomy, its teaching innovation related to both law and life education in university stage. ＂Patient Right to Autonomy Act＂ has been implemented since January, 2019. This fully demonstrates the defense of human dignity even though stepping into the last mi le of life. Being a place for education, a university faces teaching innovation challenges of autonomy related to both law and life education. This article starts from three teaching innovation methods which are cross -domain integration, case teaching, and situational exercises. This article suggests three direct ions of lesson plan design which are incorporating autonomy idea, exploring autonomy behavior, and figuring out autonomy atmosphere. This preliminary research hopes to use good death as the beginning of displaying autonomy and further extends related teaching innovation experiences to other autonomy areas.
