文藻外語學院自2000年起,經歷三階段的外語大學轉型期,本文分别就融合、發展、執行、及評估等四項步驟的不断循環,概述創新探用的過程輿成效,逐一完成開發外語與學習專業(Language),延伸國際宏顴以成就自我生命及他人生命的核心教育(Life),與持績啓勤卓越領導能力(Leadership),實踐文藻蛻燮焉『卓越外語大學』的理念與三大登展主軸。

Ever since 2000, Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages has experienced three different stages in its transformation into a university of foreign languages. This paper attempts to describe the adoption of instructional innovations and results of each stage in light of congruence, development, implementation and evaluation. The continuous action and modification result in commitment to the educational mission in three approaches represented by three Ls: Language, Life, and Leadership, meaning developing foreign language professionalism, extending into a world view that aims to fulfill the life of oneself and of others, and sustaining leadership through motivating excellence.
