我國高商初任商業教師專業能力之研究

摘要


教師素質的良窳是教育改革成敗的重要關鍵,商業教育為職業教育的重要一環,其師資之優劣直接影響商業學生的素質,間接影響國家經濟的發展。本研究依據國內外相關文獻資料,以高商校長主任、商業教育學者專家、現職的商業教師、及商教系大四應屆畢業生為研究對象,從事以教學能力、重要工作能力,及重要一般技能與人格特質等三方面來探討初任商業教師所應具備專業能力的程度,以及師資培育機構可以培育這些能力與特質的實證研究。所得資料經分析歸納獲得以下主要的研究發現:四類受訪者普遍認同這三大能力領域卅一項特質的重要性;而師資培育機構培育這些能力與特質的程度普遍不足。最後根據本研究所做的結論與建議,可做為培育商教師資課程與進修規劃的參考。

Annually, hundreds of graduates leave their campuses for the world of business education. What kind of professional competency should these beginning business teachers be prepared? In an effort to answer the question, a study was conducted to business education experts, educators, business teachers and senior business education students. This survey sought to determine what competencies and traits they felt were important and how well these competencies and traits were taught by business education institutions. The result of the study would provide suggestions for improving business teacher education.
