學生輔導工作運用客戶關係管理與資料採礦技術之規劃研究

摘要


隨著社會經濟環境的轉變與資訊科技的快速發展,學校學生輔導工作正面臨著日益複雜、沈重的負擔。本研究昌在應用資訊科技與輔導專業相結合,除探討學校學生輔導工作實務的演進與輔導概念發展模式外,並探討及規劃學校學生輔導工作融入電子商務中的客戶關係管理(Customer Relationship Management, CRM)、資料採礦技術(Data mining)部分策略與技術,分析其工作處理循環過程,以全面輔導照顧個案學生與團體,建立有效率的學生輔導工作模式。

With the change of social and economic environment and the rapid development of information technology, student guidance work is facing a gradually complicated burden. The topic of this research combines information technology and professional guidance. The research talks about practical guidance experience and guidance concept development model. Using strategy and technology of E-commerce, explorating and planning students' guidance work with the possible model and working cycle process of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and data mining. The research intends to combine ”students' new guidance system: teaching, training and guidance for one” performed by ministry of education to guide students and groups to set up an efficient students' guidance working model.
