國內大專院校教師工作壓力及工作滿足感差異比較

Comparison of Differences on Job Stress and Job Satisfaction among University and College Teachers in Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的在探討國內大專院校教師工作壓力及工作滿足感差異比較。研究對象為92年度任職國內各大專院校教師。以分層隨機抽樣網路問卷方式進行資料收集,總計回收396人。結果顯示教師主要壓力以工作負荷及人際關係為主;教學滿足與行政是獲得工作滿足較重要項目。教師對於時間不足使用情形最為嚴重且學生所給予反應是教師們工作壓力來源。壓力及工作滿足感差異性比較在不同因素中都與教師們不同背景資料產生一些顯著性結果。

The purpose of the study is to explore comparison of differences on job stress and job satisfaction among university and college teachers in Taiwan. The studied population is university and college teachers in Taiwan, and the data was collected by stratified random smapling via web questionnaire, and total collected samples is 396. The results shown that work loading and personal relation are teachers' main stress; whereas teaching satisfaction and administration are main themes in work satisfaction. The most common serious situation for teachers is not enough time for use, and teachers are more care about the reactions from students, that is a crucial source of teachers' work stress. Results from comparison of differences on various factors in stress and job satisfaction among teachers were achieved some significant relationships.
