成人預防保健依時完成第二階段健檢改善專案

成人預防保健是全民健康保險之重要業務，其主要對象爲40歲以上之民眾，依年齡及疾病狀況可獲得每三年或每年免費之健康檢查，但是其就診方式爲二階段之設計，95年度1-6月本院之統計僅76.1%依規定時程完成。經由本專案之執行得知未完成二階段健檢之主要原因，爲已至他科看過檢驗報告(36.6%)，太忙沒時間回診／忘記要回診／不知道要回診(27.1%)，無法聯繫回診事宜(18.6%)，轉診病人回原診所看報告(7.1%)，合計89.4%爲本次專案改善重點，經專案改善後依時間完成二階段健診率由76.1%提升至87.9%達到目標值，目標達成率高達118%，進步率爲15.5%，此次改善專案能達到預定之成效，增加醫院之收入點數10.8％爲顯著之成效。
