選手與教練間相處的品質除了直接的影響運動訓練的效能外,長期亦會造成持續參與運動決定時關鍵的角色。目的:旨在探討教練-選手關係在領導行為與團隊凝聚力間扮演的角色。方法:研究以國內15支高中甲組男子籃球隊為樣本(n=190,平均年齡=16.78歲 ± .78歲),於97學年度高級中等學校籃球男子甲級聯賽(High School Basketball League, HBL)第一階段預賽期間,經教練與選手同意後進行包括多層面的領導行為量表、教練-選手關係量表以及團隊凝聚力等問卷調查的方式,完成資料蒐集工作。以描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關、階層迴歸分析等方式進行資料處理。結果:研究發現民主的教練領導行為,透過教練-選手關係對於團隊凝聚力產生部分與完全的中介效果。其次,民主與專制的教練領導行為對凝聚力中的團隊適應產生完全中介的效果。結論:教練本身的行為不僅對於團隊凝聚力有直接的影響,同時也會透過教練與選手之間的關係,產生間接的效果。未來研究建議,結合多層面的教練領導行為理論,進一步探討有關教練-選手關係所扮演的角色。
Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate the mediation effect of coach-athlete relationship between leadership behaviors and team cohesion. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used to collect data by questionnaires including LSS, CART-Q and Group Environment Scale. Data analysis including descriptive statistics, bivariate correlations, and hierarchical regression in the present study. Results: Results of several partial and total mediation effects were witnessed between subscales of coaching leadership behaviors and team cohesion. Conclusion: The present study suggested several application of how coach can promote team cohesion through both modified their leadership style and create specific coach-athlete relationship.
